The rules to respect at the time of the renting
1 - On no account a booking without my agreement beforehand and without remittance of a deposit is not considered like firm and definitive.
2 - An accompte must be poured here at the time of the booking in case of termination the one is not restored absolutely.
3 - A contract of renting will be handed you at the time of the discounts of the keys accompanied by a state of the places that must be signed,
no object must miss or must either damage broken, if it is the case the price of the object must be paid or must be appropriated of the sum poured like deposit.
4 - None elements or objects must not miss at the time of the restitution of the keys.
5 - If the household has not been made at the time of the departure a sum of 30 € will be asked you, if the sheets non been washed a sum of 12 €
will be asked you also.
6 - Not to make the noise after a certain hour in order to respect the other tenants .

The reasons of termination of the renting contract without any indemnity
1 - At the time of the booking you must indicate me the number of occupying people the apartment, the number must not be superior to what
has been agreed.
2 - You cannot also receive some visitors without my agreement and this in order to preserve the tranquillity of the other tenants.
3 - You must keep the apartment rented as clean as he you to been put back, to put the trash can and the garbage in the indicated places,
to return the clean sheets .
